We are thrilled to offer a select line of our products for wholesale purchasing. In order to purchase from us at our wholesale prices you must have a tax id # and an actual retail storefront.
It is our goal to have our candles in stores all over the country, however we do "protect territories" by limiting the number of stores in an area that sell our candles. We feel this is only fair to the merchants who choose to carry our candles and meet the minimum purchase requirements- and is our way of saying"thank you" for their loyalty and commitment to our company.
~ The Fine Print~
* Minimum initial wholesale orders must be $250.00, re-orders have a $100.00 minimium. Initial orders are required to be prepaid - meaning the order must be paid in full before it will be entered in our system. Re-orders less than $100.00 are subject to a $10 under min. fee.
* Payments accepted - Check, Money Order, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. All checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be subject to a $30 charge each.* Delivery and freight charges are to be paid by retailer. 10% freight allowance on orders over $500
* Delivery date is 2 to 3 weeks from the date the order is placed. You will be notified if the delivery date will be delayed or if any products are no longer available. *NOTE* Please place your holiday orders early as our shipping times are often longer in the fall!
* All products are satisfaction guaranteed. BCC will replace any items that found to be defective.
* All of our items are handmade to order. We do charge a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise or refused shipments. Unless you have authorization, we will not accept returns. Damaged items are to be reported to your carrier immediately. Save carton and damaged items for their inspection. Claims for shortages or errors must be reported to BuggyTown Candle Co within 5 working days after receiving shipment.
